Honey Chili Glaze and Fresh Fruit

- 2 guajillo chiles
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 cups sliced peaches
- 16 ounces Daisy Brand Cottage Cheese
Seed chiles. Place first 5 ingredients in a pot. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Cook about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool before serving. Place peach slices in a dish. Top fruit with 2.5 ounces of Daisy cottage cheese and drizzle with glaze.
