Cottage Egg Salad

- 4 hard cooked eggs
- 1 cup Daisy Brand Cottage Cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Peel and finely dice eggs. In medium bowl, mix all ingredients. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 1 hour.
